I have purchage the product Pureit whose device ID is RPB0500621161 and my customer id is 1926827747.I have change its battery kit on 16.05.09 which has a minimum water filtering capacity of 1500 liters for a member of 2 family, which approximately comes to six month service, as the company claim, but there is no measuring device to measure how much water is filtered by the device. My complain is that my battery got damaged in 40 days only and now when i complain this to the pureit company, they are not taking any action on it. I complained them on 26th June and they are not giving me any solution.
They say that i have to get it replace on my own cost, but when i ask them do they have a gureentee that this time also it will not repeat the same thing, they say they do not know.
How many time will i get it replace if their product is not up to the mark, they are not giving me any satisfactory reason why its not working.
Please take suitable action on it asap.
