My name is Tarun Bhattacharjee & my customer ID 1925471152.I have purchase a Hindustan Uniliver Pureit 14/12. From your advertisement we have known that pureit gives us 1500 liters water as save as boiled water but before 06 months our germ kill battery has became red. In the pureit warranty details you assured us that in addition you cover the customer with a 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects & my case is nothing but a manufacturing diffect because 05 months maxim 350 liters water is used in our pureit filterso it is your responsilibity & duty to replace the baterry in free of cost & save your companies warrenty.
I wait 15 days and after that I ordered for a battery KIT (order no S08/KOL0438-003964 date:29/5 contact person: Mr Anjan). On 05th may I made a call on your customer care and they informed me a complain no (308485748 dated:05.05.2008 contact person Mr. Amir. All the time I was told that the battery kit will reach to my house within 48 hours. Still I have not received the paid service within warranty from your company.
Please let me know what is your problem or whether it is use & through.
