Non supply of batter kit

I had ordered for supply of GKB for my water purifier (pureit) under IVRS system & I got confirmation of the message on 05.04.2011 assuring supply of batter kit ((order details S11/BLR1753-049690) within 72 hours. But evenafter lapse of 240 hours(?) no response are replace of battery kit...

(My system No. MSB0500387981 purchased on 24.12.2009 at Mysore. The change of bangalore address was also registered with the company)
