I am the the user of the HUL Pure it water filter, its my advice to all the prospective customers who are planning to buy a filter not to go for it, as initially the sales men respond well to make a sale but the after sales service is really bad.
i have been suffering from a long time, as my battery indicator (Chlorine) has to be replaced and ive been tired of asking servicemen to replace it but there is no response from them, The filter also causes inconvinence as it keeps leaking water in the kithen.
initailly as i made the complaint they responded by saying that it shall be rectified immediately and later they say that your house is too far from the city .and they say we shall send someone to fix it but no body turns up
i have complained a month ago but still there is no body to replace it.
i am so helpless as the battery indicator is not available in stores or olse i shall have fixed it by now.
