Sub: Complaint regarding Pure it water purifier

Respected Sir

I am having your pure it water purifier since more than one and half year. My customer id is 1925774126. I have to change my battery kit after every 4 months. Since last 3 times my germi kill battery indicator is not working properly. I have come to know after one and half month as the level of that white battery doesn’t indicate any change. I made complaint to your call center all the 3 times and after one week your person came and changes that thing. Last time I made complaint in your call center even at delhi but no one can understand my problem. All people ask me to put order for new battery kit. But I have problem only in white indicator which has powder for germs kill. At this time also the same problem arises.

If every time this happens then there is no mean to keep purifier. My husband got infection thrice and also stomach problem within last two months.
