Horrible customer service and committment

I am using this Pureit purifier for last 3 months. The product may be good no doubts, but the customer service is horrendous. I had booked one battery kit on 30 June but till date nobody turned up. Forget about receiving any calls regarding the service, after calling and following up on a daily basis for the last 5 days, I still haven't got the service. In fact yesterday the senior executive promised that the task would be done by 1.00 pm today and no one still called or showed up. Is this customer service? When enquired in this regard and spoken to the senior executive (to call center 9246100100) who talked about commitment of calling back in 5 minutes (never called) and was further still uncertain when the service guy would arrive at our place! Having described how the issue was escalated to higher authorities and would be dealt with topmost priority, I still haven't got the service. Quiet unfortunately these HLL fellows have more enthusiasm during marketing and absolutely zero during maintenance and customer service. They should be taken to the consumer court!
