Water filter kit is not being replaced

I wanted to get fitted new kit for Pureit Water filter, accordingly I have call and placed order with the customer care but the concerned are asking for the product serial no., as I was calling from my office I could provide product serial so they are not taking my and they have not provided a new kit till date inspite of request
