My policy no.711695471 with premium Rs.643 service code 729 could not get enrolled/ validated for enabling me to pay premium on line. I was trying this for the past one month visiting the branch at Chennai-17 where this policy is on hold.
Kinbldy do the needful to enroll this policy and validate the same so that I could utilise the net banking facility.
