My user name is bikerboyz5219, i am using LAN connection of HATHWAY..

From last 2 days i am not able to get any ping (non-connectivity), ie no packets receiving..on my ip (192.168.26.9),

And i personally feels the service of your call center is very bad coz whenever i try to call..no one picks up the call..so i am not able to contact anyone to inform or complaint about it...

so m really disaapointed..

i am a student and i really need the internet connection 24x7..so that my works go on smoothly but from past few days i am facing ping problems so as my work...

so pls kindly take some action about it...
