Iptv occure the problem

I have a bsnl connection with BROAD-BAND & IPTV connection.

sir i have the problem of dsl blinking at evening. i also complained at 1504 for this problem.

technision came at my home for checking for this fault and he reached concultion that this is

occure due the cable that passing throw a electric poll so that due to this poll have a big problem of earthing

and the connection open way no dipi can be use.

when the road ligt is on in the evening that it occure big problem of DSL blinking.

as result at the evening my phone have a noise distortion and IPTV and BROAD BAND not working.

next day line man came and told me that line have not change and still the wire is open that have occure the problem.he refuse for dpc3a6a
