Cheating by ICICI Bank Home Loans

ICICI BANK make foolishin and CHEATING WITH OLD HOME LOAN CUSTOMER

In case of floating rate policy, if increase of Home Loan Rate ICICI Bank is increasing Rate of Interest for Old Customer immedately but when ICICI Bank is anouncing decrease in Rate of Interest then giving benefit to only New Customer because old customer is already trapped so not passing the interest rate reduction benefit to Old Customer. it is a very very poor dirty policy of the bank and we are very very disappointed by it.

if it continue a day will come for bank for dafaulting and become just like "lehmen". WHAT THIS CHEATING PRACTICE IS GOING ON BY ICICI BANK? WHEN INTEREST IS RAISED BY 1.5% THEN IT IS RAISED FOR OLD CUSTOMER ALSO BUT WHEN DECREASED IT IS DECREASED FOR ONLY NEW CUSTOMER. I AM FED UP WITH THE ICICI BANK CHEATING POLICY WITH ITS CUSTOMERS.
