I have saction a home loan of Rs 4.81Lakhs on16th of august. The processing and documentation are done by the SBI Nanthencode branch Trivandrum, Kerala State. But I cannot get the cheque for the prescribed amount through the Advocate to close my existing home loan from the ICICI Bank Trivandrum. Please take necessry steps.
