Hi,
I bought a shoe rack from home town and as promised, Item was delivered at my door step with in 2 days but item was not what I ordered. It was of different colour. When we complained (customer care person prakash) they said in a day they will deliver the correct item and then take position of the old one. But very next day a lady named Reshma called and stated on return of old item, new item will be delivered which will take another 3-4 days.. But I was not convinced so I declined and asked to deliver the correct item and take back to old one. But till now I am waiting for their call.
Please suggest what to do??
