Delivery of the product

Hello,

I've purchased a LG refrigerator model no. GL -278VA5-Blossom from Home Town, Noida, I paid for it on Oct `11 and its delivery date was mentioned as Oct 13. But the product has not been delivered till now October 23 1800hours. I've made endless calls to Home Town but all in vain. People over there kept telling me that the product is on the way or the color is not available wait for a couple of days. This thing have given me lot of problems mentally and financially. I'll appreciate if some action can be taken against Home Town Noida.
