Delivering a faulty Honda Unicorn

Complaint against Malwa Motors AND HONDA2WHEELERS for supplying defective Honda Unicorn.

Sir -

I had purchased a Honda Unicorn on 28/08/09 from Malwa Motors, A-32, Lajpat Nagar II, New Delhi-24 vide Invoice no.07150259234. Engine number-1061173, Chasis no.-98060122

The bike is giving problems from the day one like - self is not working, missing while start, paint being worn out. Lock has turn faulty etc etc. Even the seat covers of the bike have some other dealers impression thus it shows its a used / faulty bike.

When I showed up at the Malwa, they quickly washed their hands saying that it needs to be taken up Honda Service. When I went to the Service Centre, they said it will be taken care in future. The problem is still persisting and these people are avoiding now. How can they take the customer for a ride??? I'm fed up and thus writing to you.

I want to file a complaint against the Dealer i.e Malwa Motors and Honda for cheating and harrassment.

Pls advise.
