Regarding service

I harish babu i have buy honda unicorn 4 months back.but when i given second service there was leakage of oil from engine head even i told the problem was not solved... and nuts are not tightened properly... and also second leakage was stared from engine bottom side nut... so kindly reply as soons as possible...
