Dear Sir,

I G Adams working for Tecumseh Products Private Limited, its a MNC based company located at Balanagar, Hyderabad.

We have collected the vehicle on 02.08.08. that was saturday, we have not even run the vehicle for 10KM. When we back to home in raining my son was cleaning the vehicle. We found that the front mudguard was samll crack at bottom side. The very next day Monday 04.08.08 we took it to the show room and shown this. There is no proper response given from the show room staff to my son till saturday 09.08.08. Finally I took the vehicle on Monday 11.08.08 and when I shouted on the staff on that day they saw crack to the mudguard and the reply given by the Sales manager Mr. Rafeeq that it cannot be replaced. If you what to change the Front Mudguard it costs about Rs. 600/-. I said it cannot be. You have to give free replacement. Its not the customer problem at all.

So I request you sir, kindly advise your concern to replace the spare part in free of cost. So that the customer will be happy and the confidence and encuragement will build on the Honda Company.
