This is a complaint about the Hot Spot mobile store at Mayur vihar phase i market, Delhi.
My name is mukesh purang and Iam working for reputed travel companyr. Want to tell the harrasment which I am facing from the hot spot mobile store. I have purchased a Mobile E 51 Nokia, wide receipt no.2461and also took a Care Pack (kind of insurance) wide receipt no.1407. from them in the month of April' 08.
In the month of August Ifaced a problem in the mobile that my key pad is not working. so I took the mobile to the same (mayur vihar phase 1, Delhi) hot spot as I was told at the time of purchase that as I have took the Care Pack if I face any problem in the mobile I will directly approach to this outlet of hot spot.
The guy at the center Mr. hasan that they need to send it to the service center and they submitted the mobile. after seven days i got my moble from saying that everthing is fine . but after 10 days mobile was having same problem so i met Mr hasan again, he told me the same thing and i recieve my mobile again after seven days. Now on 4 October i face same problem third time that key pad is not working.
this is time Mr hasan told me that he will try for replacement, but when i spoke to him on 6 october he told that replacement is not possible . i think hot spot make fool of people and there is no concern about the customer after selling the product. and staff is also saying that we can repair this set for two years as many time. I'm very frtustated from hot spot service & they are working like fraud outlet.
I ask to replace the mobile he says its a company's call he can't do anything on it. Then what is this care pack for?
I am totally frustated on their services.
Please tell what I have to do.
