this is to infor that i had purchased 2 htc handset's from hotspot mobile store on 27th jan from the lake town branch of kolkata .where the handset was dold to us with a very good customer service.being happy with that service, i purchased 2 moive card of 1gb memory paying rs 250 for each.
from the next day onwards, i found that there was a problem in the memory card .the problem was that the handset was not reading .i spoke to the exec over the phone named Tapasi, she asked my husband to submit both the memory card .i submitted the same on the very next week, where she confirmed that once it will be repaired she will lets us know, i requested her wether is there any option to send the memory cards to the near by branch of tolly gunj as i am residing there .she said she wont be able to and asked to coperate with her .i cooperated with her, then she dint bothered to reply ever.then again in the month of apr i enquired for the same where i got a reply that she has left the company and no body is aware of the thing.
my question is to this company is that is this the way to cheat a customer, then the next store manager Mr Saha of LAJETOWN branch requested me to co-operate with him as he was not ware .i again agreed to co-operate then. In the end of month of MAY i got a call that to collect the card.then i request him to to keep this in hold till 31st may then due to unavoidable circumstances i had to go to Mumbai as my mother in law is suffering from Cancer .then when again i enquired abt the memory card i had got a reply that they have send it back just because i could'n collected it on 31st may.
my question is if i can wait for 3 moths why cant your company wait for 15 days more
and when i enquired i got a very rude behaviour from th store exec .telling me that it snot not required to have proper produch and process knowledge for all the execs.
my request to consumer forum is that i have totaly lost all the faith on this company hence i want a refund of rs 500 for both the memory card.
