Dear Sir,

I purchased Sony Erricson fone with care pack (the extra money taken by hot spot to rectify any problem in the phone for two years) from Hot Spot Lodhi Road, Shop No.84, Khanna Market, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003, South Delhi-Delhi, Contact Number: 9717794307, with an additional charge of Rs. 1200/-.(Invoice number: 164103961, date:27.10. Service Tax No.:AAACM 0294 PST 001, TIN NO.: 07430284979, Consumer ID:1640905734)

Suddenly the phone keys stopped functioning, I approached the shop at mentioned address to rectify the problem on 30.07.09 but when at the store it was such a rude response given by store manager Mr. Afroz Khan, his words "jo karna hai kar lo..hot spot walon ko bolo hame nahi". even he called up Police now i with no option, am appealing to consumer court.

Please intervene and take a serious note of it.
