Mobile stopped working within15 days of purchase

Hello Sir/Madam

This is to bring my concern into your notice that 15 days back I purchased one D88 gold spice mobile from a hotspot showroom in najafgarh. All of a sudden it stopped working and it doesn't even start, the screen is black. I went to the dealer and he is saying that he cant do anything and I have to go the service center in Tagore garden.

I am wondering if you could help me in getting a new mobile handset. I have the bills with me.
