I had purchased a HP laptop in August. The screen went dead in September and I gave it for repair to the HP Service Centre at Saki Naka, Andheri, Mumbai on 11th October under the Case ID 2603455188. I was told that the motherboard was faulty and it would be replaced in 3-4 days. However, the laptop was finally repaired and given back to me only in the first week of November. Thereafter the laptop again stopped working on 28th November and was given for repair on 29th November under the case ID 2604388022. The Service Centre informed me that the motherboard has to be replaced once again and the same will be done in 3-4 days. It has now been 35 days but the laptop has still not been repaired. I have been asked to contact Mr. Rakesh Rasailam from HP on 91-22-66771946 but he never answers the phone. I was then asked to speak with Mr. Arun Poojari on 91-22-66771953 and 91-9892589287, who has been of no help at all. There has been no response to the emails that I have sent. I even lodged a complaint on the HP website under the ID No. CCHHSAP183730. No one has bothered to respond to this as well. Please do not purchase any HP products since their after sales service is PATHETIC.
