Defective Cartridge

Sir,

I have purchased an HP F4288 3in1 Deskjet Printer on 10.11.08 via Invoice No.9105 / CE / 08-09 from

M/s. COMPUTER ELEMENT,

G-103, Raisar Plaza, Indra Bazaar, Jaipur. Mobile-9414360061 / Phone - 0141-5103114

But after printing only 10-15 pages the black cartridge stopped functioning. After complaining the abovesaid firm they informed us to REFILL the same (as you are aware a newly black cartridge provides atleast 250pgs in normal conditions). However, we even refilled the same but in vain. When we approached him again with the same problem he said to approach the local HP Service Centre - M/s Ingram, Mobile - 9828673741 / Office - 0141-2305784. After approaching the service centre they excused us that you have refilled the cartridge and hence we cannot do anything.

Sir, being a service class man I had purchased the printer with great expectations. But this doesnt seem to be the end of the problem.
