Delivered a damaged home theatre

I had purchased a HP PAVILION... n had registered for philips HOME theatre...

n yesterday i have received my set through overnite courier W. NO. 8000227152...

but the system is not working properly (talkin about the sub woofer n speakers)..

so please take the proper action n replace my home theatre as soon as possible..
