Didn't receive free gift

I have purchased a HP PAVILLION DV5-1107 AX Laptop through Croma stores, Indirapuram, Gaziabad on 31th January.

I registered my laptop at HP Redemption site for the phillips Home Theater as a free gift and send a draft of Rs 1499. I am waiting from feb for my home theater. Please look into matter.

My Product Serial No - CNF8440MH6.
