HP Laptop Problem

I purchased one HP Laptop (DV4 1211TU) two months back from Laptech solutions, Pune.

Two weeks back I found some problem in the display screen as there are some lines in the bottom of the screen.

I went to HP Authorized centre Vintech Electronic Systems Pvt Ltd, Pune to know the problem, as they told me that the display panel needs to be replaced and they commit me to get it after a week.

But now its 2 weeks they people told me that the part is not available in the Hp stock.

I contacted to HP India, they people just ignoring my mails and wont give any popsitive answer.

Can you please let me know that what will i do???
