Dear sir,

I purchased a hp laptop model no dv9830us sr.no. CNF8157V98 PIN KN895UA in may 08 at the FRY'S store in san jose, USA. Recently my BD/CD/DVD DRIVE HAS STARTED AUTOMATICALLY ejecting any CD/DVD/BD disc that we load. On approaching the mumbai hp care centre i am told that the product is not launched in India hence no help is available... if this is the case the company must infirm the customers of this information while selling the product... now iam really helpless as to what to do and how to get the thing fixed. I belong to mumbai and had bought this laptop while on vacation at san jose...
