Gift Redemption

This company Hp is doing false advertisement that it gives a free gift with purchase of its product. They also demand 500/- as a shipping charge. I had sent my documents in May and thy also acknowledged the receipt of the same but they have not given a positive reply about the gift till now that is four months period
