This is to inform you that HPCL is organised a lottery scheme on september i.e. hphappywheel offer. There was few clause in the offer but I hope there was lakhs of people is tried to send the sms, called the given no. to know the offer status. My self checked Internet several times to know the offer status, but find the company couldn't keep their transparency with the customer. Till date they are doing verification, not updated the website. Don't know they will able keep the committment in future or not???
