Non functioning of adapte

I purchase a laptop 1 may from the showroom.unfortunately it doe's function for the 1 week of jan. i logged complane to the agency (muzaffarpur).and requested it to changed it. I requested to change the same as because it is in warranty period.two month and above has elapsed but he didnot respond.causing it great lost to me.
