Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Compaq Presario Note Book Sino. 2CE7370P4S product ID GN367PA in the month of Nov. Since last two months I am facing display problem in my said note book. I have been suggested by the dealer to visit HP Service Centre at Dhanbad for rectification of the problem. But even after my several visits till date the problem remain same.
I have submitted my note book four times to HP service centre as per the following details.

Every time they informed me that my problem is rectified but it is very unfortunate that till date problem remains the same.
When I asked they on 14/06 that my problem is not rectified till date they ask me to contact their Kolkata office at Mr. Pradip Nandi, Digital Care Pvt Ltd, 8P Chandra Mandal Lane, Kolkata 700 026.
Sir, I am in doubt that they are passing time so that my warranty will lapse. I am also affired that so many experiments (5 times in service centre) will create problem in future. I am totally fade up with the situation and urge you to tey for replacement of my note book.
