Sir/mam i bought compaq preserio c 700 laptop, OS- windows xp and the problem is with either audio or sound driver when headphones are plugged it gives sound in both laptop as well as headphones. please guide me how to resolve it coz the dealer from whom i bought this also doesn't have solution for this.
