Non-replacement of faulty leaking cylinder and refilling of empty cylinder

Sir,

Anil gas agency (hp) which is situated at Kachairi adaa Dharamsala, HP is not replacing the leaking gas cylinder and refilling of empty cylinder even after repetted complaints. TEN days has passed and Ten telephone calls has not resulted in any results. May God help me and my senior citizen parents who are alone at home at the mercy of HP gas. Please try to solve the Problem at the earliest.
