I had purchased aquaquard classic water purification system last year for my house. It is really disheartning to inform you that not even once your people have turn up at my home for the periodical service. Even after contacting the service centre at kota Rajasthan, the response is very poor. The person from service centre has not even bothered to call me again. It is therefore requested to please look into the matter seriously and rectify the problem at the earliest.
