Difficulties of gas booking

Dear sir,

I am an user of HP Gas. Recently I found difficulty in booking gas cylinder (refilling). There are two no 22274438 and 1716. most of the time both the are engaged and sometimes I hear ring but nobody lift the or no communication. My consumer no

: 613107 and agency name is Dhar and sons.

Please take necessary action. May be online booking would hepl us or earlier telephonis booking was also good.
