This is to submit that we had purchased 1318 Tu Hp Laptop from ur. HP outlet at Indiranagar, Bangalore in the month of July. After purchase of the same, we were asked to send DD for Rs. 1, 299.00 for the said gift. I guess it was under the Student Plan. We were also promised that the gift would reach us within a maximum time of 1 month or so. Two months have elapsed, but there has been no communication of the same from your end. This afternoon, i.e. on 9.9.09, I called up Customer Care Executive, he asked for my mobile no. and so unethically disconnected the call and has not come back to me. Hence, please treat this as urgent and let us know immediately about the status of the redemption scheme. The DD in the name of Innovative Incentives & Event Pvt. Ltd. was sent to you on 28.7.09 for an amount of Rs. 1, 299.00. Request to please take action at the earliest.
