Gift redemption

I had purchased compaq laptop model no. C702TU and serial no. CND7320TU. In this purchase there was aprovision of a gift of a webcam & a headphone. I have registered my laptop on HP redemption cell and my redemption code is K1T9A31MDK. I have also submitted a demand draft of Rs. 350 and from HP redemption cell it was comfirmed that it had been reached at Jan 3.

But my gift has not reached to me yet. So please send my ift soon.
