Redemption Gift still pending after 4 months of purchase

With above respect i wish to inform u that my redemption gifts are still

pending. U are requested to do the needful as iI had completed all the

formalities & made payment of rs-350 which is shown in my bank account. I had

made several reminders but still it is pending. You are requested to take

this matter seriously
