I hav submitted my laptop in hp center in okhla due to problem in DVD player on 20th dec.

I hav spent lot of money in visiting the center, to call them, but till yet i hav not recieved my laptop.

They are just making fun of me, treating me in a careless way.

My complaint no. is 2604803834. During the period another cases regarding DVD problem are solved but not my. I am on the edge of my patience level.

Kindly suggest me the needful way.
