I purchased Hp laptop on date 26/01 as per the offer I deserve to get free kodak digital camera, even I received the mail after sending DD worth rs. 1299 dated 03/02 but till the date I have not received camera. I have talked to Mr. Karun on 17/03 & again on 20/04 to Mr Shivdutt. Both of them promise d10-15 days but all in vain. kindly send me as soon as possible. My parent are also worry of this if this matter ll not taken seriously I ll have to go to consumer forum and report a case against Hp compaq.
