Still not sent the promotional offe

I have purchased dv5 1106ax notebook in january and they have offered 5.1 phillips home theater system. and i have competed the procedure to get it. and they sent the promotional offer code and requested the time of 6 to 8 weeks for the delivery. But still i didn't got any thing. They are telling that there is no stock of home theater systems.

AND NOW THEY ARE OFFERING INTERNET DATA CARD!!
