Non redemption of Gift Hampe

Dear Sir,

I had sent a DD for Rs.1700.00 on September 01 for redemption of Gift Hamper B to Innovative Incentives. So far I have neither received the Gift Hamper nor there was any communication from the company. I am not able contact any of the company's BPOs or others. Kindly, let me know the position, if not return the money to me.
