Dear Sirs. My son gifted me HP laptop with details given above after buying it from Harvey Norman computers, Wellington, NZ on 3.10.08. It is still under global warranty. It has been working satisfactorily except that the caps lock has stopped glowing and it gives me unnecessary trouble in operation.
I lodged a complaint to H &P India with details on 27.5.09 but nothing has come out. Today on 1st June, 09 I am lodging this complaint with a request to attend to it at once without any delay.
I shall give any informtion that you may require about it. I want that it should work properly.
