My son gifted me one HP Pavilion laptop after buying it from Wellington, NZ on 3.10.08. It is still under global warranty. It worked satisfactorily but a fortnight before the caps lock stopped glowing. It has been giving me moments of sheer irritation when I compose matter on it.
I have lodged complaints after complaints about it on 27th May, 1 June, 3 June, 6 Junr, but to no avail. Strangely, I haven't received even a single word confirming the receipt though the screen says complaint has been registered. I do not think that such a great company should behave like this. Please do let me know what I should do in the matter to get the glowing caps lock restored.
I have heard that HP engineers visit the owners of the HP computers to remove problems but in my case things are getting stranger and stranger with no one from HP side coming to my help.
Please acknowledge the receipt of my complaint or tell me whose door I should knock at for getting the things remedied.
