Non reciept of free gift item nor the redemtion code

Ibrougt my laptop on 29 may and register my product in the first week of june.yet i have not received my redemtion code for claiming freee gift item.some day before i got a redemtion code for only wi-fi device.one of my friend has received the gift item.so i request the concerned authority to please help me out.
