Necessary documents alongwith handling charges cheque for Rs500/ sent to hp redemption cell new delhi on 10/06 received by them on 12/06.As per scheme gift wa xpected withen eight weeks since then ienquired over phone and was promised that u will receive it soon.lastly on 02/09one Ms satvinder told me u will receive it withen ten days but tilldate no such gift has been received by me whle as handling charges cheque stands debited to my account three months back.
