My system got infected by some virus so i took it to the Hp Authorized Service Center at Ahmedabad during the warranty period.
The engineer there told me that your hard disk needs to be formatted and asked me to prepare the Hp Recovery Disk. When i got my system back it was working fine.
Sometime later after the warranty got expired when i wanted to run the recovery disk it was not working and i observed that the engineer at Hp Authorized Service Center changed the motherboard of my system
without my permission.
