Dear Sir,

I have bought a laptop product compaq C795-TU & product serial no. CND828114Q under gift scheme. We have deposited the cheque amount of Rs. 1299 on dated Mar 11 through cheque which has been approved by hp redemption cell on 13th of march. As per company policy and terms & condition they have commited to deliver within 4 to 6 weeks.

After sending a lot of mails, i got a reply from them on 19th of April as follows

Till Now i haven't received the gift and in the claim status webpage it is showing that they haven't dispatched my gift till yet.
