Sir,
I had purchased a compaq presario for Rs.39800 with which i was said that i would be getting a philips home thetre (by giving a additional draft of Rs.1499 which i send the same day on the day i purchased my laptop) where the same features of laptop were available at a cheaper rate but because of the gift i went for compaq i purchased my laptop in the month of january and it was said to me that i would be receiving my home thetre within 30 days of buying date but its 4 months i havnt received that when i said then that i need a proper time when u are suppose to me that they are just not replying to my mail as i have proper records of the mail send to the compaq office
so, kinly help me in getting my Philips home thetre
