Loan repayment

I have taken loan from hsbc bank.i paid all amount to the bank dt. 26/10 recepit no 0030120.but the emi cheque are depoist in my account and the charges taken by my bank. and the bank recovery agent come to my residence harrsed to my family in odd hours.and refund the bank charges to meas earliest.
